¶1Heard Sri Satya Prakash Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and Sri Jitendra Kumar Ravat, and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated

28.8.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 707 of 2023, under Sections 376D, 328, 506 IP, P.S. Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
