¶1Heard Sri Avaish Khan, holding brief of Sri Sadrul Islam Jafri, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 21.7.2023, in Case Crime No. 236 of 2023 under Sections 323, 504, 506, 406 IPC, Police Station Mugal Sarai, District Chandauli.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet (CD No. 9) has been forwarded on 11.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
