¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.2 to 6 to remove the illegal soil put by the respondent no.7 to 9 on Gata No.239, area

1.6850 Hectare of the Bhumidhari land situated at Village-Avarta, Pargana-Kevayee, Tehsil-Handia, District-Prayagraj of the petitioner.

(II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 6.11.2023 filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.3 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court"

¶3From perusal of the representation moved by the petitioner, it appears that petitioner has dispute with private respondent nos.7 to 9.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that such a writ petition is not maintainable and in the garb of the present petition, the petitioner wants to settle his private dispute.

¶5In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
