¶1List has been revised. None appears for the petitioner in revised call. Shri F.A. Ansari, learned Standing Counsel appears for State respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner has prayed for execution of judgment and award dated 29.2.1996 in Claim Petition No.29 of 1986 (Uttama Devi v. Heera Lal & Ors.) passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Basti.

¶3In response to the earlier order passed by this Court, Shri F.A. Ansari, learned Standing Counsel placed detailed instructions sent by the District Magistrate, Basti, which is taken on record. On the basis of instructions, he submits that present petitioner is already dead and no relief can be accorded to a dead person. The deponent claims to be the son of the petitioner. On merits, learned Standing Counsel submits that in compliance of the award in question, the insurance company has already deposited the amount in question to the concerned court. In case the deponent has not received his share, he may press his relief before the court concerned.
