¶1Heard Sri Vishnu Kant Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and Sri Vijit Saxena, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated

25.10.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 841 of 2023, under Sections 306, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Learned counsel for the informant has no objection.

¶5Prayer aforesaid is allowed.

¶6Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
