The demand of the petitioner in the present petition is regarding measurement and demarcation of his Bhumidhari Plot No. 785 (area 0.070 hectare) situated in Village-Ram Nagar, Updhan, Pargana-Garhwara, Tehsil-Badlapur, District-Jaunpur. The records do not indicate that any formal application as required under Section 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 has been filed by the petitioner. The petitioner may file an application under Section 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 for the said purpose and in case the said application is filed by the petitioner the Sub-Divisional OfÏcer, Tehsil-Badlapur, District-Jaunpur shall decide and take appropriate action in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing the application and after giving the appropriate party an opportunity of hearing.
