¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Aditya Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.

¶2The claim of the petitioner in the present petition is regarding change of purchase centre as the petitioner and other cane growers of the village are not able to deliver the cane with the present purchase centre. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 02.11.2023 before the Cane Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow, who is the appropriate authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

¶3It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. The petition is disposed of with a direction that in case, the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Cane Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow, the same shall be decided within one month from the date of filing the representation.
