¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to learned court below for early decision of Sessions Trial No. 1131 of 2016 (State Vs. Babloo @ Imran), arising out of Case Crime No. 239 of 2015, Police Station-Manda, District-Allahabad, pending before learned Additional District Judge-Ist, Allahabad, within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Additional District Judge-Ist, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, if possible, maximum within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
