Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 2.9.2021 giving rise to Case Crime No. 237 of 2021, under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Nandganj, District Ghazipur. Learned counsel for the parties state that they have settled their dispute outside the court and a compromise has entered between them which has been reduced in writing. Parties are directed to file the compromise before the Investigating Officer, who shall examine the same and proceed in accordance with law. Subject to above, the writ petition is disposed of.
