The instant bail application has been filed by the applicant-Mushahid for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 242 of 2021, under Sections 452, 376(2)(N) I.P.C., Police Station Chainpur, District Bareilly. Shri Mohammad Abid Ali, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that by the efflux of time, the trial began which has been concluded and applicant has been acquitted, therefore, the present bail has become infructuous and prays to dismiss the same as having become infructuous.
