¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Additional Civil Judge(J.D.), Room No. 21, Allahabad for early decision of Execution Case No. 462 of 2022 (Smt. Manorama and another Vs. Shailendra Kumar) in compliance of order dated 22.09.2022 passed by the trial Court, within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Additional Civil Judge(J.D.), Room No. 21, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
