1.This writ petition has been filed against the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act').

¶2The counsel for the Bank Sri Habib Ahmad, however, informs that the property which was kept as security with the Bank had been sold in aution on 18.1.2023 and that the sale proceeds had been deposited in the loan account on 31.1.2023.

¶3Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted.
