Shri Naveen Kumar Rai,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition is pending since the year 2014 and during the pendency of the present writ petition, the applicant-petitioner and the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 have entered into a compromise and now they are ready to make a settlement on their own free will. He further submits that the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition any more and prayed that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn. He further submits that the copy of the present application for withdrawal has already been served upon Shri Chetan Chatterjee, learned counsel for the respondents.
