¶1Heard Shri Abhishek Tiwari, holding brief of Shri Padmaker Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Rajesh Kumar Madhesiya, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 31.10.2023, registered at Case Crime No.236 of 2023, under Sections 448, 327, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, Police Station Jajmau, District Kanpur Nagar (East Commissionerate).

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous.
