¶1For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in the first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed praying for fair investigation in the First Information Report dated 16.8.2023, registered in Case Crime No.429 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Fareedpur, District Bareilly.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4Additionally, a Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.16163 of 2023 (Surjeet alias Surjeet Saxena and another vs. State of U.P. and three others), arising out of the same case crime, has already been dismissed for want of prosecution on 12.10.2023 by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, which is quoted as under: "1. Case called out in the revised list. None has appeared to press this writ petition.

¶2The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution."

¶4In view of above, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
