¶1The petitioner has challenged the possession notice under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') read with Rule 9 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002.

¶2The petitioner as per the notice itself has been invited to go to the respondent finance company with a proposal to redeem the secured asset.

¶3If that is the case, the petitioner may approach the respondent no.2.

¶4Under such circumstances, if the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 2 within the time permitted by the Act then the proposal of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law.

¶5No interference is warranted.
