¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "a) Issue order an direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside the further proceeding of revision No. 41 and 42 of 2021 and 24 of 2022 under section 210 of U.P. Revenue code 2006 pending in the court of the respondent No.2 in respect of the land Khata No.41 khasra number 1/6 area 13.0130 hectare and khasra no.23/5 area 0.8980 hectare village Bhagwanpur Khadar Pargana kithor Tehsil Mawana District Meerut b) Issue an order or direction commanding the the in nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 to club together proceeding of revision No.41 and 42 of 2021 and 24 of 2022 under section 210 of U.P. Revenue code 2006 pending in his court and decided them within a short stipulated period in respect of the land Khata No.41 khasra number 1/6 area 13.0130 hectare and khasra no.23/5 area 0.8980 hectare village Bhagwanpur Khadar Pargana kithor Tehsil Mawana District Meerut."

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer regarding Revision No. 41 and 42 of 2021. Learned counsel further contended that opposite parties have appeared before the court below. The aforesaid case is pending since 2021 before respondent No. 2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously.

¶4No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.

¶5Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No. 2-Commissioner Meerut Division, Meerut to consider and decide the Revision No. 41 and 42 of 2021, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
