¶1The instant petition has been filed primarily for a direction to the respondents to deliver physical possession of the land offered to the petitioners in pursuance of letter dated 29th January, 2016 in lieu of the land of the petitioners that was taken over by the respondents for widening of a public road. The petitioners have also prayed for a direction to the respondents to carry out measurement of the alternate plot and intimate the petitioners about the amount to be paid by them so that the petitioners deposit the same and the title documents are executed in their favour.

¶2Sri Dharmendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel appearing for Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority states that the development authority will carry out demarcation of the plot and will intimate the amount payable by the petitioners and as soon as the amount is deposited, will execute the required documents so as to transfer title of the land in favour of the petitioners. He submits that the entire exercise in this behalf will be completed within four weeks provided the petitioners deposit the amount, which may be intimated to them.

¶3Sri Sanjay Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioners states that as soon as the amount is intimated to them, it will be deposited with the authority.
