Preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the second respondent stating that revision lies against a final order passed in election petition. On the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be granted liberty to file revision against the order impugned herein. With the consent of parties, the writ petition is being disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files revision within three weeks, same may be decided as expeditiously as possible after hearing all the parties ignoring the delay, if any.
