¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicants has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court below be directed to decide the application dated 28.06.2023 in Criminal Case No.272 of 2020 (New No.940 of 2023), arising out of Case Crime No.315 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 341, 352 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Bithri Chainpur, District Bareilly, expeditiously within a stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the lower court may be directed to decide the application dated 23.01.2020 as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.

¶4Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the application dated 28.06.2023 expeditiously fixing short dates in the matter if there is no other legal impediment.
