¶1Heard Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, Advocate and Sri Aniruddha Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State.
¶2Petitioners have filed an application for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh.
¶3I have considered the contents of the affidavit filed along with the application for withdrawal of the writ petition.
¶4Application for withdrawal of the writ petition is allowed.
