¶1Heard the counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manu Ghildyal, counsel for respondent No.4.

¶2The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, District Etawah to expeditiously decide Case No. 49 of 2015 pending in the court of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, District Etawah.

¶3The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, District Etawah is directed to make all endeavours to decide the aforesaid case, if still pending, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.

¶4It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion either on the merits of the case raised by the petitioner or on the maintainability of the case before the Forum which shall be decided by the Forum.
