¶3As per previous order of this Court dated 19.07.2023, interim protection was granted to petitioner nos.1 and 2.

¶4Sri Ashwini Kumar Tripathi, learned A.C.S.C. submitted the instructions received at his end in which it is stated that the petitioners are not residing at the address so mentioned in the petition and the Nikahnama annexed as Annexure-3 to the petition is a forged document.

¶5In view of the above, order for granting interim protection to the petitioners, is vacated.
