¶1Heard Rajesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Ajeet Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned FIR dated 25.09.2023, registered as case crime no.105 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 354, 313 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Sambhal. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Permission aforesaid is granted.
