¶1The petitioners are plaintiffs in original suit and have filed this petition seeking expeditious disposal of their application for temporary injunction.

¶2The trial court initially did not grant ex-parte interim injunction and issued notice to the defendant. The order-sheet speaks that defendant has put in appearance in the month of October, 2023, however, has not filed his objections.

¶3This petition is disposed of in following terms:

(a) The petitioners shall file a certified copy of this order before the trial court within two weeks from today after serving its copy upon the learned counsel for the defendant before the trial court.

(b) The defendant shall file objections against injunction application before 15.1.2024.

(c) The petitioners shall be at liberty to file rebuttal to the said objections by the end of January, 2024.
