¶1Heard Shri Mool Chandra Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 14.10.2023 in Case Crime No. 0195 of 2023, under Section 3/5 of Public Property Damages (Prevention) Act, Police Station Marhara, District Etah.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 157 of 2023 has been forwarded on 29.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
