¶1For the last two weeks notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 28.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 248 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 6, 10 of U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1998, P.S. Kareily, District Prayagraj.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
