The petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 24.8.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 500 of 2023, u/s 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(2)

(va), 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra. It is contended by learned counsel for the parties that they have settled their differences outside the court and that in this regard an affidavit has been sworn by the informant. Counsel for the parties are directed to approach the Investigating Officer concerned and present the so called affidavit of the informant before him. The Investigating Officer shall consider the same and thereafter, proceed in accordance with law. Subject to above, the writ petition is disposed of.
