By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Mirzapur to decide the Case No. 220 of 2019 (Kanchan Kumari vs. Kanhaiya Kesari) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Ahraura, District Mirzapur expeditiously. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that an application u/s 125 Cr.P.C. is pending consideration since 2019 which has not been decided till date. Perused the record as well as the order-sheet. Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, expeditiously. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the court below i.e. Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
