¶1Instructions filed by learned Standing Counsel are taken on record.

¶2Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

¶3The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing to the respondents for considering the grievance of the petitioner in case under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the Sub District Magistate, Macchalishahar, Jaunpur, Varanasi Mandal, Varanasi in Case No.05491 of 2020 for the proper demarcation of her arazi bearing Gata No.432."

¶4On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that against the order dated 23.9.2022 passed by S.D.M.,Macchalishahar, Jaunpur under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, a restoration application was filed by the respondent but the same has been decided on 17.11.2023.

¶5In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed.
