The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed for directing to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur to decide the Case No.435 of 2023 (Kumari Reena Kasaudhan Vs. Amit Kumar Gupta), filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C, Police Station-Ramgarhtal, District-Gorakhpur within a period stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since long and same may be decided within the stipulated time. The learned A.G.A. has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the applicant. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. Without entering into the controversy involved in the aforesaid case, the application is disposed of with direction to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur to decide the Case No.435 of 2023 (Kumari Reena Kasaudhan Vs.
