The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge-sheet dated 13.12.2021, cognizance order dated 23.08.2023 as well as entire criminal proceedings of Case No.573 of 2022 (State Vs. Satendra & others), arising out of Case Crime No.342 of 2021, under Sections-323, 504, 308 IPC, Police Station-Tirwa, District- Kannauj, pending before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kannauj and with a further prayer to stay the entire proceeding of aforesaid case during pending of the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant states that he is not pressing the application, however, he prays for liberty to surrender before the court below and apply for bail. It is therefore, directed that in case applicant surrenders before the court below within one month from today and prefers bail application, it will decide the said bail application, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
