Hon'ble Mrs. Manju Rani Chauhan,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the District and Sessions Judge, Farrukhabad to decide the Revision No. 63 of 2022, Bablu Vs. State of U.P. and others, pending before him within stipulated period. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that against the dismissal of election petition a revision has been filed which is pending since 2022, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same within stipulated period. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner.
