¶1Heard Shri Akhilendra Singh, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.10.2023 in Case Crime No. 151 of 2023, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Khejuri, District Ballia.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the writ petition.
