19.9.2023 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act, Azamgarh in Special Sessions Case No. 367 of 2023, State Vs. Abdul Salam Ansari and others, case crime no. 53 of 2023, under sections 323, 308, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha) and 3(2) 5ka of SC/ST Act, police station Bilariyaganj District Azamgarh. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellant only submitted that some direction be issued to the Court concerned regarding bail as he wants to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellant appears before the trial court within 15 days from today and moves an application before the trial court, the same shall be disposed of as soon as possible in view of the law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
