¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

22.08.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.0312 of 2023, under Sections-498A, 323, 304B I.P.C. and Section-3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Subhash Nagar, District-Bareilly.

¶3The FIR alleges offence under Section-304 B I.P.C., which is a heinous offence. This Court is not even inclined to entertain this writ petition.
