¶1Heard Shri Chandan Kumar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Surendra Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 0258 of 2023, under Sections 354A, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Rani Ki Sarai, District Azamgarh.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. A/189/2023 has been filed on 18.08.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
