¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2.Petitioners, through this writ petition, have prayed for a direction from this Court thereby commanding the Respondents No. 2 and 3 to pay their salary for the months of March, April, June and July, 2023.

¶3This court, after hearing parties' counsels, passed an order on

01.11.2023, whereby direction was given to learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel to take instructions, particularly on the point, as to why salary has not been paid to the petitioners.

¶4Today, learned Standing Counsel has produced before this Court instructions provided by District Basic Education Officer, Bulandshahr, wherein it has categorically been stated that the claimed salary has already been paid to the petitioners by Finance and Accounts Officer, Basic Education, District Buladnshahr.

¶5In view of the categorical instructions produced before this court by the learned Standing Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.
