Heard Sri Prakash Chandra Pathak, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Sharad Chandra Singh, learned A.C.S.C. for State. Learned A.C.S.C. for State on instruction submits that petitioner has already been filed an application under Rule 109-A of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rule, 1954 which is pending before Consolidation Officer in regard to implementation of order dated

17.10.1988 and that this writ petition may be disposed of with appropriate direction/ observation to expedite it. Learned counsel for petitioner has no objection if this writ petiton may be disposed of accordingly. In the aforesaid circumstances, without interfering in impugned order since petitioner has already been taken an appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with direction/observation that aforesaid proceeding which is pending before Consolidation Officer be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today.
