¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the objections filed by the petitioners on 19/20.05.2023 in reference to a public notice issued on 27.03.2023 by respondent no.2 inviting objections against entry of name of respondent no.3 in respect of House No.170/142, Mohalla Saman Sarai, Kasba Sherkot, Bijnor.

¶2The notice itself states that interested persons may file objection so that the same is considered while deciding the prayer of respondent no.3 for mutation of his name. Therefore, in our opinion, no direction is required to be issued by this Court.
