¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the revenue authorities for restoration of the possession as the petitioner claims that he has not been given possession of the land allotted to the petitioner.

¶3Prayer made is granted.
