¶1Heard leaned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Akhilesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2Learned counsel for the respondent Bank states that the petitioner has defaulted in payment of some installments, however, Bank has not yet proceeded against the petitioner for any sought of recovery. He further states that if the petitioner approaches the Bank for negotiations, the same would be considered.

¶3Under such circumstances, we provide that if the petitioner approaches the Bank with some proposal for regularisation of his loan account within 15 days from today, then the Bank shall consider the same sympathetically.
