¶1Sri Murli Dhar Mishra, learned counsel for review petitioner, after arguing for some time, fairly submits that review petition may be disposed of with an observation that Revisional Authority where the matter has been remitted back may be directed to decide the revision petition in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a short period.

¶2Sri Manish Gupta, learned counsel for respondents has no objection if such prayer is allowed.

¶3In view of above, this review petition is disposed of with a direction/observation that Revisional Authority is directed to decide revision petition expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from today, if there is no legal impediment.
