The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction upon respondent no. 3/4 to consider and decide the proposal made in favour of the petitioner for the purposes of appointment of Fair Price Shop Dealer in the village concerned. An impleadment application has been filed on behalf of another contestant of the proposed resolution of fair price shop. It is taken on record. From a perusal of aforesaid impleadment application it is clear that the proposal made in favour of the petitioner has already been cancelled by order dated 21.12.2022. Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the cancellation order dated
