¶1The prayers made in the instant petition, in pith and substance, are the same as were made in Writ-C No. 22990 of 2023, which was dismissed on 28.07.2023 by the following order: "1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the government land has been encroached upon by the unscrupulous persons and under the garb of said encroachment, the petitioner's land upto some extent has also been affected.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to again approach the competent authority. He however, submits that the authority concerned be directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

¶3On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer.

¶4Considering the totality of the case and particularly, the nature of complaint made by the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the State-authorities are expected to act in accordance with law."

¶2We find no good ground to entertain the instant petition, in view of the above order.
