¶1Heard Sri Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms. Tanu Rupanwal, learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Appeal No. 740/2013 (Computerized Case No. 2020541714000255) (Smt. Vindhyawasini vs. Shanti Devi) under Section 11(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act which is pending before respondent no.2 since 2013 is considered and allowed.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes that as and when case is listed before Authority concerned, petitioner will not seek any adjournment and will appear either in person or through his advocate.

¶4Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 6 months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
