¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a mandamus directing respondents no.2 and 3 to enquire into the forgery allegedly committed in the records of Nagar Nigam, Prayagraj and supply necessary documents to the petitioner in terms of his representation dated 10.8.2023.

¶2Sri Nilamber Tripathi appearing on behalf of Nagar Nigam, Prayagraj has placed the instructions received by him and the documents which led to recordal of the name of respondent no.4 in the Nagar Nigam records. A complete set of documents has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner.

¶3Counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the grievance in respect of non-supply of documents thus stands redressed. He, therefore, does not press the writ petition.
