¶1Heard Sri Om Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms. Tanu Rupanwal, learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Restoration Application No. 1107 of 2017 (Chandra Bhan vs. Heera) in Case No. 699 of 1987 under Section 48 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act which is pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ballia is considered and allowed.

¶3Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 4 months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
