This appeal has been filed with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Special Sessions Trial No. 312 of 2021 (State Vs. Sonu Srivastava @ Ramendra & another) under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(2)(Va), 3(1)D, 3(1)(Dha) of SC/ST Act, charge sheet dated 03.06.2021 arising out of Case Crime No. 41 of 2021 under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station George Town, District Prayagraj and the summoning order dated 21.08.2021. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as they want to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within one month from today and move an application before the trial court, the same shall be disposed of as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
