¶1The stand taken by learned counsel for N.H.A.I is that the constructions over the subject land are being raised by P.W.D. and not by N.H.A.I.

¶2Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after impleading P.W.D. as a party.
